Check in was a breeze with the front desk clerk Eugene. Had a small issue with booking but Tina made sure it was corrected. I got reassurance from the GM that the issue was going to be taken care of. The room was nice and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The room was clean and fresh and the bed slept very well and was very peaceful. Hats off to a very wonderful experienced staff with great customer service.

It was quite. Except for a random person that pulled up and then knocked on random doors asking for a charger and then pulled off, No one else bothered us, it was like we forgot we were in a hotel. And when I bothered staff for towels bc I missed room service or the couple times I misplaced key, they accommodated me like it wasn’t the slightest of a bother.

The staff was very friendly & professional. Excellent customer service. Helped us to get into a pet friendly hotel right next door. Very accommodating. Close to restaurants. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Most of all, it was very safe to leave our stuff on the back of the vehicle cargo carrier with no worries. Highly recommended.

The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. There were many light sources. The breakfast room was contemporary and sharp looking. . Location was convenient. Daytime desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
